Minutes of Students Grievance Committee meeting held on 5/12/2022 at 11:30 a.m. in the Principal’s office.
Agenda:
- To discuss the issue of eating lunch inside the classrooms.
- Grievance redressal about using of mobile phones during class hours inside the classroom.
- To discuss the mechanism of the college, regarding keeping the lights and fans on when not in use.
After discussing the above agenda’s, the committee unanimously resolved the following:
Resolution 1
Resolved that teachers, staffs and students are required to use the canteen for having lunch. It was also assured that nobody uses classroom for the purpose of having lunch.
Resolution 2
In order to prevent distraction during the class hours, it was resolved that students are required to shut down/ keep mobile phones silent.
Resolution 3
Students and staffs are required to switch off lights and fans when not in use. As such, the staffs are advised to keep vigil on such activities.
